WIRL-D Intelligence
Beyond activity. Towards understanding.
Data, analysis, research and impact for culture, with sources and respect for data ownership.
Four perspectives
Cultural Intelligence
Cultural activity, distribution, participation and collaboration.
Organizational Intelligence
Operations, development and organizational sustainability.
Impact Intelligence
Cultural, social, economic, ecological and governance domains, from input to outcome.
Ecosystem Intelligence
Networks, partners, resources and collaboration possibilities.
How we work with evidence
Every insight identifies its source, date, context and measurement method. Assumptions and missing data are separate.
Attendance is an output, not proof of impact. We do not offer unsupported causal claims, universal scores or guaranteed returns.
Who can see what
1. Your organization’s data
Private, restricted to your organization and people with authorized access.
2. Deliberately shared ecosystem information
Information an organization chooses to publish, such as its profile or programme.
In development
3. Aggregated insights
Only anonymized in sufficiently large groups where lawful and safe. Cross-organization benchmarks are not currently activated.
Inspiration and framework
We distinguish inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes. Cultural Development Network (Australia)’s outcomes approach is an attributed inspiration; WIRL-D develops its own implementation.
Start with a baseline
Understanding begins with what can be demonstrated today.
